This boardwalk project by the shoreline of Tondaligan Beach measures 5km and is a project of Cong Toff and Dagupan City Mayor Belen Fernandez.
This sight quickly reminds me of the Antique Esplanade that we built when I was the Congresswoman of our beloved province. Lalo ko tuloy na-miss ang aming magandang probinsya!
I fully support projects like this that is beneficial to the mental health of our kababayans and at the same time give opportunities to our Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
