SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY ANNOUNCED THE VISIT TO THE PHILIPPINES OF MS. MARGARETA WAHLSTRÖM, SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY-GENERAL FOR DISASTER RISK REDUCTION (DRR).
