I am honored to be the Keynote Speaker of TESDA’s 29th Founding Anniversary. In 2021, I was awarded the National TESDA Kabalikat Award under the Legislative Category. Today, I am pleased to receive the Special Kabalikat Award for my humble contributions to developing, enhancing, and implementing training programs that have resulted in better employability of Filipino skilled workers, as well as in the promotion of entrepreneurship among Filipinos.
I would like to congratulate and thank Secretary Suharto T. Mangudadatu, and the whole TESDA family, especially the staff, teachers, and trainers who work hard to uplift the Tech-Voc sector. We owe the success of TVET in the Philippines to you.
