Yesterday, with profound gratitude, I reflect on my tenure as Senate President Pro Tempore. It has been the greatest privilege of my career to serve as your Senate President Pro Tempore for nearly two years. I am immensely proud of the work we have accomplished.
It has been an honor to serve alongside such dedicated colleagues. To former Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri, former Majority Leader Senator Joel Villanueva, and all my esteemed colleagues, thank you for your trust, dedication, and collaboration.
To Senate President Francis Escudero, Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada, and Majority Leader Francis Tolentino, I congratulate them on their respective appointments. May they build upon the solid foundation we have laid and elevate our Senate to even greater heights.
