It was my honor to lead the necrological service for the late Senator Rodolfo G. Biazon. He was a true gentleman and a public servant.
Senator Biazon was a man of service and valor who fought for the country’s freedom and was a respected legislator who authored landmark laws on national security and defense.
He will be remembered as a man of courage, integrity, and compassion.
