As we anticipate the enactment of Philippine Ecosystem and Natural Capital Accounting System (PENCAS), which I principally authored and sponsored, this Representation is likewise actively working on the passage of the Blue Economy Act and the Department of Water Resources, which are among the priority measures of the administration.
