Last Friday, I was privileged of being the Guest of Honor at the 22nd Founding Anniversary of the Energy Regulatory Commission. True to their theme, “Regulating Through Innovation and Grit,” the event celebrated the ERC’s achievements for the past 22 years, while highlighting the continuing need for excellence in public service for the Filipino people.
With the unwavering dedication of the employees of the ERC, under the leadership of Chairperson Mona Dimalanta and the Commissioners – I am confident that ERC is well on its way into being pioneers of transformative governance. In addition to compassionate, responsive, and timely service, the ERC propels the institution into the future, through the adoption of innovative systems and responsive digital knowledge centers to serve the public better.
