As the youngest woman Senator in 1998, I have had the privilege to witness the Senate’s growth over the years and contribute to its enduring history. Standing as one of the longest-serving pillars in the Senate, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my respected colleagues in the Senate for their unwavering dedication and service, and to Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri for his excellent leadership.
