I am deeply grateful to be part of this year’s Aklan Day celebration. It was an honor to deliver the keynote speech and join Gov. Jose Enrique Miraflores in recognizing the Most Outstanding Aklanons as we witnessed their amazing accomplishments. I am also humbled to pay tribute to the legacy of Godofredo Peralta Ramos, the Father of Aklan.
