Once again, I find myself in one of my favorite restaurants in Tagaytay. This time, I brought along some of my most trusted companions and together, we embarked on a culinary adventure. One thing I like about The Fatted Calf aside from their delectable cuisine, is their emphasis on locally-sourced ingredients.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Chefs Jayjay Sycip, Rhea Castro-Sycip, and Waya Araos-Wijangco for delivering a meal with profound meaning and purpose. Even my 90 year old Papa stayed till 11 pm to finish the 7 course menu!
