I am honored to share that the Drafting Committee, which I had the privilege of chairing at the 31st Asia Pacific Parliamentary Forum, has successfully concluded our deliberations, adopting a total of 10 resolutions that will undoubtedly steer our region toward a more resilient future.
These resolutions include addressing transnational crimes, fostering peace and stability in the region, empowering women and promoting gender equality, intensifying efforts in climate action, biodiversity, and disaster risk reduction, rethinking crucial infrastructure, promoting regional collaboration in universal health care, and fortifying education and cultural exchange.
I am deeply committed to translating these resolutions into concrete actions, working alongside my fellow parliamentarians to transform our shared vision into a reality for all citizens of our diverse region. Together, we can build a better Asia Pacific, one that embraces inclusivity, innovation, and shared prosperity for generations to come.
