It’s an honor to join the significant milestone in our nation’s commitment to good governance—the 13th anniversary of the GOCC Governance Act of 2011, which I supported 13 years ago in my second term as a Senator.
As author of the country’s various environmental landmark legislation and the Philippine Innovation Act, which aims to improve innovation governance in our nation, I commend this year’s focus on highlighting ecological responsibility and inclusivity, which goes beyond revenue generation.
I am proud to join the GCG and the GOCC sector as one of the co-signatories in our recommitment and rededication to inclusive and sustainable governance that also promotes gender equality.
