These were the questions I posed during the launch of EDCOM II’s Year Two Report. This milestone reflects the rigorous study and insightful analyses conducted by EDCOM and its partners from across government, civil society, the private sector, and international organizations.
Education is the pillar of national progress, the foundation upon which we build innovation, peace, justice, and sustainable development. Through this report, we move forward with a unified vision to ensure every Filipino child’s future is defined by opportunity, equity, and excellence.
