It is with great honor that I co-sponsor Senate Resolution No. 1185, congratulating and commending the Jesus is Lord (JIL) Church Worldwide on its 46th Founding Anniversary. From its modest beginnings in 1978, the JIL Church has flourished into a global community with churches planted across the Philippines and in 60 other countries.
Under the leadership of Bro. Eddie Villanueva and his family, the church has become a crucial partner in nation-building, contributing significantly to various sectors of society. Their values of compassion, integrity, and service that have shaped this community inspire us all.
It is a privilege to join my colleagues especially Senator Joel Villanueva in commending the vision and dedication of the entire Jesus is Lord Church Worldwide family for their continued work in fostering hope and unity across the nation. Congratulations once again to JIL on this milestone!
