Our meeting with the Japan-Philippines Parliamentary Friendship League (JPPFL) headed by its President, Honorable Moriyama Hiroshi, was an opportune time for us to assess our country’s strong ties with Japan and discuss how we can foster our cooperation in different areas of mutual concern and build a stronger strategic partnership.
Thank you for the lasting friendship. We look forward to expanding our ties as essential partners in the region as we commemorate the 67th anniversary of the normalization of the diplomatic relations of the Philippines and Japan this year.
