Last Monday, I had the privilege to deliver the keynote message at the inauguration of the ‘Tanghalang Meycaueño’ Theater in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
Seeing our youth engage themselves in traditional and modernized ways of honoring Filipino culture through performance art was the perfect way to commemorate Dr. Jose Rizal on his birth anniversary.
Special thanks to Congresswoman Linabelle Ruth Villarica, Mayor Henry Villarica, and the local officials of Bulacan for the warm welcome and steadfast support for culture and the arts. Through projects like this, we hope to continuously ignite the Bayanihan spirit among Bulakenyos, united by our shared goal of developing and showcasing our rich culture and heritage to the whole world.
