1. Reforest not only mountains and watersheds, but also plant in urban areas;
2. Implement the Rainwater Collection Act;
3. Recycle water;
4. Introduce “Hydroinformatics” in schools; and
5. Clean Rivers and Bays through the initiatives of the local government units and the Metro-Manila Development Authority
