COPENHAGEN, DENMARK – SEN. LOREN LEGARDA SAID HERE TODAY THE PHILIPPINES AND OTHER DEVELOPING COUNTRIES CAN CONTRIBUTE TO CLIMATE CHANGE MITIGATION THROUGH INDIGENOUS MEASURES, SUCH AS MORE EFFECTIVE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT.
