MANILA, Philippine—Senator Loren Legarda on Friday called for the strict implementation of anti-trafficking and child protection laws “to put a stop to the illegal human trade” in the country.

Senator Loren Legarda today welcomed the proposal of the Department of Finance (DOF) to create a climate resiliency fund, among other measures, that will be used to climate-proof the country.
