Senator Loren Legarda today said that laws for the provision of social services to Filipinos and protection of workers are in place and assured that government programs on the same are funded through the annual national budget.

“The important historical events that we celebrate as Filipinos, such as Independence Day and Rizal Day, bring about a sense of nationalism and bring us pride as Filipinos. This is the culture that we celebrate in the last episode of this special series, Buhay na Buhay,” said Legarda.
