MANILA, PHILIPPINES – THE GOVERNMENT MAY HAVE TO REVIEW ITS GROWTH TARGETS THIS YEAR, PENDING MORE DATA ON THE SEVERITY OF THE ONGOING EL NIÑO PHENOMENON.
