Layunin ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority o TESDA na mapadali at mapabilis ang paghahanap ng trabaho ng mga graduate ng Technical and Vocational Education and Training o TVET kaya mayroong mga programa tulad ng World Café of Opportunities o WOC.

It is a pleasure to be here at the opening of Likha-an: Lunduyan ng Tradisyonal na Sining at Kultura. It is actually a dream come true to be able to formally open this resource center, envisioned to be an inclusive venue that will be the home to the nation’s traditional works of art and a celebration of the traditional artists from our regions.

Traditional textiles are ties that bind. It links the past to the present and brings together cultures, which, no matter how diverse, has a commonality.

It is in this premise that the Hibla ng Lahing Filipino textile gallery was born in 2012 in two small rooms of the National Museum of the Philippines.
