Bilang inyong Congresswoman, prioridad ko ang pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan at kaayusan sa Antique. Nagsusumikap ang inyong lingkod upang masiguro ang seguridad sa ating probinsya.

Bilang dating Chair ng Senate Committee on Finance, binigyan natin ng  suporta ang Antique Provincial Police Office sa kanilang mga pangangailangan sa equipment tulad ng multi-media CCTV at motorbanca para makatulong sa pagpapatrolya ng ating kapaligiran.  Dinagdagan din natin ang pondo para sa mga operational expenses ng mga police station, tulad ng gasoline expenses, office supplies at iba pa.

Hindi malilimutan ng bawat lider sa lipunan ang kanyang Araw ng Panunumpa, dahil ito ay nagpapahiwatig ng isang simula: ang misyon na maglingkod sa kanyang kapwa at sa kanyang komunidad.

Isang malaking karangalan at responsibilidad ang mahalal sa katungkulan. Ibinibigay nito sa lider ang kapangyarihan na magdesisyon para sa ikakabuti ng kanyang kapwa at pamayanan.

Binabati ko ang mga pangulo ng mga irrigators’ association, mga punong barangay, at mga municipal engineer na dumalo sa ating pagpupulong.

Bagaman ay bigo na makadalo ang inyong lingkod, ako ay nagpapasalamat dahil kayo ay naglaan ng oras upang makilala ang National Irrigation Administration (NIA) – Antique Irrigation Management Office (IMO) at mga proyekto na hatid nito sa Antique.
