SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY CALLED FOR HEIGHTENED VIGILANCE FROM ALL SECURITY FORCES AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC AMID REPORTS OF A POSSIBLE TERRORIST ATTACK IN THE COUNTRY, EVEN AFTER THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES DOWNPLAYED THE THREAT.
