SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY FORMALLY LAUNCHED THE DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND FIRST AID HANDBOOK THAT WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY THE SENATE COMMITTEE ON CLIMATE CHANGE WHICH SHE CHAIRS.
