SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY CALLED ON THE GOVERNMENT TO PRIORITIZE THE NEEDS OF SOME 14,000 CHILDREN AFFECTED BY TROPICAL STORM SENDONG WHO ARE STILL IN EVACUATION CENTERS.
