She accessorized it with indigenous jewelry–bracelet from Kalinga, earrings from Abra and necklace from Vigan. Hours before President Benigno Aquino III is scheduled to deliver his last State of the Nation Address at the Batasang Pambansa, lawmakers, politicians and guests started trooping to the Senate hall on Monday garbed in simple Filipiniana attire for the opening session of the 16th Congress.
