During her keynote speech at the opening of the Kislap-Diwa: 12 Pagtatagpo ng Gunita sa Pamanang Pambansa exhibit at the National Museum of Anthropology on Saturday, she asserted her support for putting up activities that will bring Filipino arts and culture to its citizens.
