SANTIAGO, CHILE (CNN) — THE DEATH TOLL FROM SATURDAY’S 8.8-MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE IN CHILE HAS RISEN TO 708, CHILEAN PRESIDENT MICHELLE BACHELET SAID.
