SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA FILED SENATE BILL NO. 1433 PROPOSING A FINE OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AND A PENALTY OF PRISION CORRECIONAL IN ITS MINIMUM PERIOD TO ANYONE WHO ABANDONS A MINOR CHILD IN HIS OR HER CUSTODY.
