SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY WELCOMED THE MOVE IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO PUSH FOR THE INSTITUTION OF THE MAGNA CARTA OF FILIPINO SEAFARERS.
