Loren Lauds DOTC’s Support to the People’s Survival Fund

SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY LAUDED THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS (DOTC) FOR ITS SUPPORT TO THE PROPOSED LEGISLATION THAT SEEKS TO CREATE A PEOPLE’S SURVIVAL FUND.
