SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY CALLED ON THE GOVERNMENT TO ESTABLISH PROGRAMS THAT WOULD BOOST THE CITIZENS’ SELF-SUFFICIENCY IN FOOD TO HELP MITIGATE HUNGER.
