SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA WELCOMED THE “NEW ROADMAP” IN PHILIPPINE-MYANMAR RELATIONS, AND SAID THE CONTINUING REFORMS IN MYANMAR DESERVE NOTHING LESS THAN THE COUNTRY’S FULL ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT.
