SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY EXPRESSED DISAPPOINTMENT OVER THE AGREEMENTS MADE IN DURBAN, PARTICULARLY ON INDUSTRIALIZED COUNTRIES’ COMMITMENTS FOR DEEP CUTS IN GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS.
