SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY CALLED FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FILIPINOS’ FOOD SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND THE PROMOTION OF MICROENTERPRISES TO ALLEVIATE HUNGER AND POVERTY FOR THE LONG-TERM.
