SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY CONDEMNED THE RECENT ATTACK AGAINST MARINE SPECIES IN THE PHILIPPINE SEAS AND CALLED FOR STRENGTHENED VIGILANCE TO PROTECT THE COUNTRY’S MARINE RESOURCES.
