MANILA – Sen. Loren Legarda on Tuesday said she is not seeking to be Senate president pro tempore, the second highest position in the Senate, although she had had talks about it with Sen. Franklin Drilon, who’s widely believed to be the next head of the chamber.

Senator Loren Legarda today reiterated her call on the Philippine Coast Guard to be more vigilant in guarding Philippine waters following another incident of a foreign vessel running aground a coral reef within the country’s waters.
