Senator Loren Legarda today encouraged Filipinos, especially those in the Cordillera and nearby regions, to participate in the Luzon leg of the 2014 Dayaw Indigenous Peoples Festival, which will be held in Baguio City from October 22-23, 2014.

Legarda Cites Germany’s Experience in Improving PHL’s Natural Resources Governance

MANILA, Philippines – Sen. Loren Legarda yesterday joined the calls for a review of the Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) with the US with the aim of renegotiating some of the provisions of the treaty, particularly on criminal jurisdiction.
