Legarda Reminds DPWH: Build Evacuation Centers in Safe Zones

Senator Loren Legarda today said that the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) should ensure that the evacuation centers it plans to construct will be built on safe areas and are structurally sound.

MANILA, Philippines – With Congress aiming to pass the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) before October 10, Senator Loren Legarda reminded the public about another measure that will allow Filipinos to better understand the Moro people.
