Senator Loren Legarda today said that providing free tertiary education in public colleges and universities is the government’s commitment to the people now that the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act has been enacted.
Senator Loren Legarda today hailed the signing into law of the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, which institutionalizes the provision of full tuition fee subsidy for students enrolled in all of the country’s state universities and colleges (SUCs), local universities and colleges (LUCs) and in state-run technical-vocational institutions.
