DEPUTY Speaker and senatorial candidate Loren Legarda on Wednesday made a commitment that the province of Antique will not be deprived of quality education, health care, employment and livelihood during her State of the District Address through an online media platform at the Binirayan Gymnasium in Antique.
Alongside Legarda, Gov. Rhodora Cadiao also presented her six-year performance review.
