Adaptation financing responsibility of developed nations, says Loren

DEVELOPED NATIONS HAVE THE “MORAL RESPONSIBILITY” TO HELP DEVELOPING NATIONS ADAPT TO CLIMATE CHANGE, LOREN SAID.
