FARM OUTPUT MAY FLATTEN OUT OR EVEN CONTRACT THIS QUARTER AS THE EL NIÑO-INDUCED DRY SPELL DESTROYS BILLIONS OF PESOS WORTH OF SOFT COMMODITIES, ECONOMISTS WARNED ON TUESDAY.
