Senator Loren Legarda today thanked the voters of Batangas’ first district, who elected her son Leandro Legarda Leviste, as the congressman-elect of the first district of Batangas.

Legarda Leviste achieved the highest margin of victory against an incumbent congressman in the country and recorded the highest number of votes received by a candidate for the House of Representatives in the history of Batangas.
