SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY CALLED ON THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR TO INCREASE THEIR SUPPORT FOR “GREEN SKILLS” PROGRAMS THAT WOULD NOT ONLY CREATE MORE LIVELIHOOD OPPORTUNITIES FOR MANY FILIPINOS BUT ALSO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION.
