SEN. LOREN LEGARDA YESTERDAY WARNED AGAINST “MIDNIGHT FIRE SALES” BY THE ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTIES AMOUNTING TO BILLIONS OF PESOS.
